VEWS volunteers attended a lunging clinic led by trainer Ashley Oliver on July 12.  Ashley presented an overview of lunging to include a demonstration with the help of Jameson.  She also discussed the benefits and basic "how to's."   The group split into 2 smaller groups which allowed lots of hands-on experience lunging either Jameson or Almond.  VEWS volunteers are required to attend a minimum of 2 education events annually.
